I did my first booking on the App yesterday (Android) and one thing should be a priority fix: easy access to the booking details in the app. Clicking Amend/Cancel is not a good user experience.

I have a booking starting tomorrow in ibis which I paid with points and money, but theres no online check in available? Before there was allways olci available?!

Using the app to make a reservation for March 25-29, ie FOUR nights but the system tells me that’s THREE nights and prices accordingly.
Surely there’s been enough time to sort out these glitches... |
Also the lack of room description, during a booking process, in the App is a serious issue. I tried to book an hotel in Poland but give up and booked with Hilton because of the lack of room description and impossible to open pictures of the app.

Is it intentional that the App needs logging in constantly? It doesn't seem to retain the credentials for more than a couple of days.

I have just cancelled a reservation, but did not get an email confirmation. Any one else having that same problem?
This is worrying to me, as I have used the email in the past as proof of cancellation after being charged by the hotel. In that case the hotel had not received anything from the Accor website. CT |

a very welcome change for me anyway I noticed today, when booking it actually shows the price inclusive of VAT when comparing hotels. Rather than first seeing a decent price then when clicking through to the hotel it shows the decent price "plus" another x amount to be added on with VAT or local charges.

Map not working properly. I did a map search on the website today and when zooming in on Istanbul and click "list hotels" I get hotels in Vilnius, somewhat far removed from Istanbul :confused:
