It would be nice to see a monthly rate calendar, not just a few days .... some people have flexibility of time...... ( and want to save a few € )

Maybe this isn’t an App issue so much as a general SNAFU: I checked out of a hotel and specifically requested an invoice by email rather than hard copy. It duly came, related to my stay exactly...but with someone else’s name on it. So Mr Keller...if you get my points, I want ‘em back ( unless you’re a big spender and I get yours instead, in which case I’ll be quite happy...)

The invoices usually have both name and address on...? So that's a GDPR breach.

yes, it has his address on it. I checked the account number...it is mine ( and my points posted..). But it is a serious error.

I have found out that two reservations for this week were 'cancelled due to a technical issue' almost immediately after I booked them. I received the confirmation emails, but no cancellation notification. I only noticed that they were missing from my ALL account when trying to find a hotel email address in order to arrange airport transport. I could have just turned up and found no room at the inn.

Not Good.

Fortunately I have managed to have both reinstated by contacting the hotels directly.

I booked a room using advance saver bed and breakfast rate.

Email confirmation states this:

Cancellation Policy:
The amount due is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.

Remaining amount to be paid at the hotel:
14.05 EUR

Breakfast:
13.50 EUR


And the manage booking page on my ALL profile states this:

Cancellation Policy:
No cancellation charge applies prior to 14:00(local time) on the day of arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.

Balance to pay at the hotel:
EUR 0.00


Credit card hasn't been charged but points I used have been deducted.

"Edit" has now gone, and the "rate calendar" icon appears sometimes in certain circumstances.

Rate calculator has gone for me as well..... not a good improvement having to use booking dot com to look at alternative dates - I might get tempted to book elsewhere ....

Am I the only one who's having problems with "My Points History"? I ran a search on this thread and found nothing.

I can never display a detailed points history transaction, which makes it hard to track promo points and other transactions. I have used multiple browsers (and mobile) but always only get the headline saying my points balance and number of nights...

Seems like quite an easy issue to solve, but it's been broken for me ever since the "upgrade" to ALL. Is anyone aware of an alternative path or loophole to display points history or is it just me being incompetent?? :mad:

Is anybody else having online check-in issues? I am trying to check in online for the third time this week, but at all three hotels, they have wanted to charge my card for the full amount of the reservation plus a hold amount. They have also all been prepaid stays. The funny thing is that I don't think I have ever had to use a credit card to check in online before, but usually, I book flexible rates. Just seems a bit weird to me I guess.
