Hi Accor (and fellow board)
Deep frustration from a person trying out Accor brand hotels/ loyalty for the first time (having had a great stay in Vietnam this year) for a holiday in Japan next year. I'm willing to book months in advance to get a good price and certainty of travel plans. Yet you are making this so so hard - I've already missed out on one hotel offer (because they quote no longer had rooms at that rate). 1. Can't book more than one room on the App on an iphone 2. Private sales aren't appearing on the App at all (I really struggle to understand that concept) [They are on the website, so they do exist!] 3. Can't book a private sale offer in Tokyo via my desktop (Chrome/MacBook) - 'technical error" 3a. The hotel availability page for the offer shows only one week in January - no chance to change this to a week or month later 4. I am NOT going to call a premium line (13p per minute in the UK) to make a booking that should be the main function of the website and app. So you aren't really getting me into loyalty as I can't even get two rooms booked at the rate you offer. I compare this to my experience of Hilton where these things just work (and have kept me loyal = Gold). |
And todays error message. Absolutley no idea how to fix it - I am logged in when it happens.

I have an Ibis business card. When I'm not logged into my account,everything works. If I log into my account, which has business card attached, I can see the list of hotels. When I click on choose room for any hotel, it errors out. Same thing happens in Chrome, Firefox, and the app. I sent a message through their contact form about 5 days ago. Never heard back.

Minor quibble but the plural of information is information, not "informations" ;)

I can not access the "boost your reward points" offers from all.accorhotels.com
All I get is : https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...2de8677001.jpg I can only access theeses offers if I know the address, for example : https://all.accor.com/loyalty-progra...-year.en.shtml |

Looking at my bookings on the App, the stay details are missing, eg, no detail of rate, payment etc ( just has the property name and dates, nothing else)

I have to erase all cookies before I can log to all.accorhotels.com otherwise I can't see my booking, I can not access Limitless Experiences and I can't play Accor Advent Calendar...

I’m trying to book a hotel on iOS - the Booking page (after contact info and nationality) goes blank and nothing happens. I’m running the update from yesterday. I had the same problem before I updated.
I am unable to book... AccorHotels Concierge update: this problem only occurs for properties in UAE. I’m able to go further when I look at e.g Muscat or Jakarta |

We have received a confirmation that former cookies from La Collection by Le Club AccorHotels are indeed affecting the access to the new Limitless Exerience website, our teams are working on this issue. It may cause you trouble to access the ongoing Lottery to win the prize draw for the Paris-Saint-Germain. Please kindly let me know if you need any help. I have also shared your previous post about the boost offer with the relevant team. Regarding the french Advent Calendar, we have shared the issue with the dedicated teams yesterday. It has been solved and you should now be able to access the calendar easily. Sorry about this inconvenience, please let me know if you still encounter difficulties with the calendar. I have shared your feedback with our team but I will need additional information such as your Member ID and the details of your search (hotel, dates, etc..) to be able to investigate further. Could you switch to desktop or contact your reservation office or the hotel to make your booking ?
