I don’t believe anyone is trying to ‘flame’, but there is a frustration when this new app appeared, without notice, and at least in my experience vastly less functional than its predecessor. I prefer using the app to the website...but for now it’s impossible.
I was about the note that the website...to which I went to check/make bookings, appears to be working better: unfortunately part way through my session it changed to Russian script, for no reason, and could not be varied. Either it’s a glitch or, in the less attractive alternative, I’ve been hacked by the Russians. Neither scenario is ideal.

I went this morning on the new website for the first time (used only the app so far).
Two very important points in my opinion:
- Decouple language from locations, i.e. do not force German if the location is Deutschland, etc ... Hilton do it very well, as well as BA (English is the second language choice for all locations, on top of the native language)
- The front page does not look like an hotel booking site. The video is too high and way too big. I look like I stumble on some art-deco/advertisement webpage.

Slightly unrelated to the App, but is the company still called Accor or did they actually change the company name to Accor Live Limitless? I thought ALL was just meant to replace LeClub, but the website has basically suggested Accor has become Accor Live Limitless and the website pushes you to an ALL subdomain. It's a terribly confusing time to be a customer, in recent years they've been known as Accor then AccorHotels then back to Accor on the loyalty front we've had A+, then Le Club and now ALL. Yet ALL this time ALL many of us have really wanted is them to spend less time changing the logo and more time improving various aspects of the product, like the IT. It hasn't gone well if I'm not even sure where the line between what the company is called and what the loyalty program is called anymore.

I do not know if I should rant here.

I just tried to renew my ibis Business from the new All website. After I keyed in my credit card and submit I got this (when at the same time I got sms from my bank to confirm the charge).

I called my bank and the bank confirmed it is successful transaction. I even scolded the staff that the merchant said it is not successful.

After I hanged up, I clicked on the link which brought me to the feedback form. I filled the feedback form. When I checked my email to see if I got case number, you guess what I saw?

I got confirmation email that the ibis Busines has been successfully renewed.

I cannot imagine that Accor IT can be so screw up like this

Amy, I'm sure you read the above already. Just wanted to mention that I cannot get it to work regardless of the browser I'm using. Often times, I have an issue with the Accor site just with one browser. But this time, it seems broken with Firefox, Chrome, and Edge all at the same time (tried on Windows desktop and Android tablet as well).

EUR equivalent of rewards points disappeared

Only the balance of rewards points presented now. Maybe a phased introduction of a new ratio of redemption (like 100 points for 1 EUR, easier to read and demanded by customers)...?

wheres the filter by bit? I can’t see it on mine

I just see a list of hotels on the left and then a map on the right with a magnifying glass in top right - so it appears the filter by is on the iOS app but not the iPad app and currency displays correctly on the iOS app, sorry should have specified which device I was using.

On iPad: the photo slideshow can not be put in full screen. So for example I see this as a room picture. I can slide the picture using left and right finger movement.
