method to call out the "register" button
1) open a new browser with cache and cookies cleared, or simply use the "private browsing" mode
2) open the offer page, then you will see the login / sign up button appear at the center
3) login, then you will get "register" button
4) once login, you can get the search function

maybe you can try on internet explorer., I suspect the page design might not be compatible with google chrome, chrome blocked the script from loading. i tried to load it but unsuccessful.
