Registered for this offer and had a two-night stay.

Bonus points credited as "Aeroplan Fall Offer". I am not a member of Aeroplan.

Have I registered incorrectly or have they made a mistake?

i have the same problem. Also, the first bonus should have been 500 points, whereas Aeroplan gave me 441. It does make me wonder what will happen to points for the second and third stays.

The Aeroplan points seem to be something else. I haven't registered to either of the offers and still got Aeroplan offer points on an one night stay at ibis styles Heathrow. Was a little worried my account was hacked as the Aeroplan offer requires automated points transfer.

I've had the Aeroplan thing on my last couple of single night stays. I don't know why I am getting them, but looks to be a triple points offer..

Same here. I'm also amused why I'm getting these Aeroplan bonus points?

I had 4 stays the last 2-3 weeks (2 x 1 night stays and 2 x 2 nights stay).

Results were mixed.
1) 1 x Bonus points (1 stay)
2) 2 x Bonus points (2 stays)
3) 3 x Bonus points (1 stay)

Strange and no consistency with regards to the Aeroplan Bonus Points.

Interesting and amusing as the Aeroplan issue is, I suggest the real problem is why the 3-stays-for-6000-points bonuses aren't posting. I am reluctant to make my second and third two-night bookings until this is clarified.

Damn I booked the wrong hotel... double book?

What is wrong with the website nowadays? It keeps asking me to sign in again and again even after I try to book from my Le Club Accor account on the website.

Even when trying to enter the cc information, it asks me to sign in again.

Anyway, in the process, I somehow booked the wrong hotel .. but in the right city. Just not where I want to be at. I also booked a prepaid rate.

So am wondering if I can perhaps check in... and prepay my room but make another reservation at another Accor hotel. Will the two bookings on the same day cause issue for the points to credit? More importantly, will the other booking be counted as my second booking for the promo to kick in?

No, not concurrent bookings.

If the hotels have the same owner they might let you transfer your booking to the one you want, if you ask them very nicely. Otherwise, stay where you booked.

I have booked 3 stays but somehow, my membership number does not appear on the booking. Will these stays qualify for the promotion?

Is Amy, accor assistant still in the forum?

It should be fine as long as you show your membership card upon arrival and upon checkout.
