T&C: Within this offer, a stay is understood as one (1) booking per Le Club Accorhotels Loyalty member, regardless of the number of rooms booked. A booking made by a member for several rooms will only count as one (1) stay.
So it should suggest that two separate bookings, for consecutive nights, (Friday - Saturday, then Saturday - Sunday) should count as two stays. I would be safe and check out in the morning and check back in later in the evening!

Consecutive days on seperate bookings are never considered as several stays as per the general T&Cs of the le Club programme.

Accor just keeps amazing me. My sister also joined for the promo and got a confirmation. She booked 3 stays on september the 19th. Got the first one, no problem. The second she didn't get the bonus points so she contacted Accor. They say: You are eligible, but the reception at the hotel only confirmed your booking on november the 3th in the system. So you won't get any points. Wow.

pretty pissed, didn't get my bonus because my stay was concerned by another promo that started earlier this summer... like i could remember all ongoing promos to make sure there is overlap
i would understand if there were 2 promos running at the same time
here, i even never registered for the first one, while i did voluntarily registered for the big bonus one
no surprise about members disappointed about this program
first, customer care answered me to wait 27 days
after 27 days, they told me i could get my bonus, like they could tell me in the first place without wasting my time

I got 4000 point from this promo and 500 extra point for "stay in city center" promo for one of my last stay.
It seems sometimes Accor cumulate points for different promos, sometimes doesn't...

So, I am just wondering how is it possible to wait for one month. Maybe you werent properly registered or so.
Maybe some of the hotels post points with a delay and that causing problems. Dunno.

Not that it matters that much, but for the record, I know of at least 2 people that had an offer of 1,000 + 4,000 + 5,000 points for 10,000 total. I don't know why their offer was different.
