Same here, stayed on first two bookings last Wednesday and Thursday, all point inc bonus by yesterday.

I stayed night between 7/8 Oct . 10 days later I wrote to customer service that there are no points credited (neither usual points, nor additional 1000). I did not receive any answer from them but few days later usual points showed up but no extra +1000.... today I wrote to customer services again regarding +1000...

got an email from customercare 2 days ago saying that my account has been credited with the "LCAH September offer" but i don't see the points :(
still waiting for my 1000 points :( |

just got the same response from them right now
saying that this offer has really specific conditions compared to others and that i have to wait for a month to get this credit :( |
