Looking for other successes to report
Hey all,
So far I have found only 4 locations that have been confirmed to work for this promo: FLL, BOS, MYR, and CAK. If anyone has any other successes for locations other than these four please post here. I gotta believe there are many others that have taken advantage of this promo.

Promo has worked fine for me at FWA (Fort Wayne, Indiana) and DFW.

Sunday vs Monday start date and car availability
I have a travel coming up and was looking for Monday, 3/15, 11:00 AM morning to Wed, 3/17, 8:00 PM at AVIS, (2 days 9 hours). It says "No Cars Available"
However, when I try the dates from Sunday 3/14 9:00 PM to Wed 3/17 8:00PM, it shows me available cars (2 day, 23 hours)
Also the rates are different. I noticed this for Thrifty as well (about rates).
I am assuming Sunday start date is probably treated differently, with a weekend rate maybe.
Can I reserve a car from Sunday to Wed and call them later saying I will pick up on Monday. How does this work? Any ideas?
Also if I reserve the car through expedia and apply the relevant code for 3000 bonus miles, will it work?

I have used the coupon code the past two weeks at HPN and have not seen a credit yet...just normal miles posted from Avis to my US Air account. Not sure if there is a delay.

The other weeks are shorter trips for me. Shorter rental periods I take to National as I personally find Avis to be awful. After yet another poor service in DFW today I decided to cancel my Avis reservation for next week and use National - the 3000 miles are not worth it to me to deal with DFW Avis.

Over the last 2 months, I can confirm that I have used and received the bonus miles at LAX, SNA, SFO, PDX and SEA. All regular and bonus miles have posted within 2 weeks of dropping the car off.
