2016 Premier Kits are Shipping-Have you received yours? post 1 Feb -- have you not?
The 2016 Premier elite kits have been shipped out.
Very similar to last year with some minor changes
Should note, the opening letter is written by Brett Hart, interim CEO, so they were able to make those changes pretty quick! Didn't include the letter as it has my MP# on there.
For reference point, I re qualified in May of this year.
Per request, one can check their status progress & status of their kit being processed at mystatus.united.com
Very similar to last year with some minor changes
- 10 drink vouchers
- Premier 1K call guide
- 2 small luggage tags
- elite card - note back has swipe and bar code, card also has a reflective type of watermark on it
- two luggage ties, tags has a reflective type of watermark on it
- much lighter/smaller book compared to last year w/ no big MB advertisement flyer

Received mine 3 weeks ago. I opened it up, took out the 10 chits, and threw away all the rest.

That was for 2016 program?? -- with Jan 2017 expiration card and a 2016 program description booklet?
Recent qualifiers to new status receive kits (usually the previous years content) as earned but the mass mailing is first to those the have re-qualified to their previous status.
If you have not re-qualified, your mailing will be delayed to the end of the year.
If you qualify higher, you will get a second package.

Funny enough I checked the pic of my 1K card guy can see on the app. Sure enough it says valid through 1/1/16. I am 100% positive the physical card said the former. Odd.

Received mine yesterday in Tokyo, was absolutely shocked, usually they don't come until mid-February (well after the old card had expired). Impressed that Mileage Plus seems to be on the ball this year. (Though they are going to owe me a new one soon as my earned status will upgrade next week.

For those of who are MM'ers.... do the new luggage tags still have the MM indication on them? I miss those so I'm still using my old 1K ones.

requalified for plat in june, got my kit today (connecticut).
went above 100k miles, but don't have the PQD for 1K. any advice on how to potentially appeal? i don't need the upgrade instruments if that helps my case, and i met the CC waiver. i remember a few people getting bumped up last year.
