Regal is a brand name used by Borenstein for their double wrapped meals ('mehadrin'). Truth is that they are identical to the regular Borenstein meals: OU Glatt (and some other hechsher) but are double wrapped even when supplied to EL AL for those concerned about the kashrus of EL AL's on board ovens.

AA LAX-JFK in Bis

I had my hopes set high and boy were they dashed

Meal was from an outfit I never heard of 'Kosher Kitchen- inflight delite'. the label had '1st Class' written on it maybe it was for a MegaBus trip.

anyway its an LA based company. No slip of paper to tell you what each item was eg roll is it a Ha Motzi or not. It did say Kemach Yishon/Pas Yisroel. It contain a couple of salads in a plastic cup go know what it was, 1 was humus There was a small piece of cake and not much else. The entree was from Kosh Air yeepi havent had that slop in a while, it was maybe 2 slices of roast beef in some sauce with rice (which took up the vast majority of the space) and looked like something youd get served if flying Intl in Y and not a Bis meal whatsoever. Plastic utensils and no dishes whatsoever

Happy I didnt pay for Bis but was UPed using some 500 certs

And I thought UA was bad, at least you get metal utensils and china and the entree isnt a Y entree

I did that run in First last year and the catering was from WAM in France - very dubious Hechsher and food quality not much better. Others have reported that they got Kantor meals from BKK - excellent Hechsher but they all seem to be veggie snacks rather than "proper" meals. Tinned pineapple / canned mushroom salad / latkes - erm, and not much else.

LHR-HEL Finnair (Business class)

I was expecting Hermolis out of London, but had a nasty surprise when presented with a Stogel box. I told them I wasn't hungry (well, I really didn't fancy eating a meat meal early in the morning and it's not worth getting meaty just from eating Stogel ...). Still, I guess that not eating was good for my diet

As I put in the title (easy to miss): Finnair. Quite shocking, but I had a lot of tomato juice though ...

Seriously though, if I do this again (it is a great little mileage run if ex-TLV) I will make sure no kosher meal is ordered, as it is embarassing when the crew think they are doing you a favour (it is certainly not their fault their bosses use Stogel).
