They shut down my and my wife's accounts 10 days ago. They said to expect two $1500 checks of funds back to us in 10 days. I really did not expect that so I waited and then called today. They confirmed for both accounts that they were closed and that the funds had been approved to be returned to us (3 days after account closure). None the less, they now say it will be 6 weeks total till we get the checks, the 4th week of July. This should be illegal......but, hey, I am just glad to be getting the funds back without too much hassle. The downside is I will have to cover these funds in my two AM EX cards with real cash. Oh well.

No, but was told it would be processed and that I was welcome to have a new account so I took them up on the offer :-)

I'm gonna do the same thing but I'll wait for the check first. We can all expect the AN conga to get longer and longer

I tried to login to my account to no success. It keeps saying that your card number is invalid. When I try to call the phone number on the back of the card, it does not recognize my card number. I pretty sure that my card was shut down. That's fine but I have no way to make sure how much I have on the card. It should be a few hundreds. Did any of you have the same experience?

I don't. Even after I received the dispute form, I can still call the number and the automated system was able to recognize the card and tell me the balance on it.

No. I'm guessing that if the automated system says there's a zero balance and you know you had money in the account, they are processing your check, which could take 2-4 years.

Awwwww c'mon guys, now you're scaring me!

Been using this for a few months with no problems. Love the Reload packs because I can get them at my grocery store.
