I understand when you call them their first question is "how did you buy reloadit - with CC or cash". How did you respond? One of my cards have a small balance on it, while I do have $1K on the second card (bill payment wasn't completed due to "missing account number" - never happened before since I payed this many times). Fo those who call, what options they gave you to drain a card?

I got shutdown too, fortunately I have 0 balance.

As a data point, I loaded $12K in the past 3 months so far and drained everything out using bill pay.

My wife's account is active and I have scheduled a bill pay to drain her account as well. However it is scheduled for Mon. Since risk dept is close, I don't think they will shut her account down hopefully..

I plan to call them and close her account after the bill pay is done.

That's interesting. I'm in the same boat. I guess I'll be receiving a check soon.

Are you sure they will send you a check right away? There is no need to contact them, right?

You should call. Contact them on Monday. Risk dept. is closed on weekends.

Datapoint -- I haven't used either my or my wife's AN cards in over 2 months, but I just tried logging in and all four of our cards are shut down. So they definitely did a sweep over history and current usage doesn't matter.

datapoint: loaded $3500 between May 4 and June 7. All liquidated will BillPay. Last BillPay attempt 6/12, but just got an error this morning that said my account doesnt exist. Tried logging in and only get the dispute form. Before that I loaded $2k in Feb, $1k in march, 0 in April. All of Feb and March loads were liquidated with BillPay except one $200 ATM withdrawal. All of my loads, except one $950 load, have been from MoneyPaks.

So does anyone know how long it'll take to get a check (i havent called them yet).

Date Amount
5/4/2013 1000
5/18/2013 1000
6/3/2013 1000
6/7/2013 500

This must be a big boat. I wonder when the checks are going out.

I called yesterday and they wanted stuff faxed. I did for one account but it doesn't seem to matter.

Call 877-984-7465 and request for a refund check. Did it on both our accounts, was told 10-14 business days!

Total of 3K stuck, let' see how it goes.

Ha! Only used mine for one round. Loaded, bill-paid. Done. That was about a month ago.

After all of this chatter, I went to log in. "Dispute forms." Granted, my transactions fall in the same boat as everyone else's here, but still - one round, a month ago?

These guys really don't want us. And, for proof, try to navigate their terrible site to get past all of the slimy offers and get to your account. Not straightforward.

When you request a refund check, did they ask you to provide documentation like ssn, utility bill?
