I think for all of the three large transactions that there has been a lot of discussions and also a lot of speculation in the marketplace. We hope to close all those three within the first half of this year. In some cases it could be funding, which may go ahead, but at least from announcement [indiscernible] (7:16) where we enter into definitive agreements is within the first half of this year.

For Aman and – I don't have the exact number, but I think overall between these two assets we have about Rs.1,700 crores, Rs.1,800 crores as total debt between [indiscernible] (43:10) and Aman, Rs.1,700 crores odd. The [indiscernible] (43:14) there is no debt on – there is no external debt on [indiscernible] (43:17).

any color or clarity on what those assets are beyond the three, which is the Mumbai land, [ph] the windmills (49:18) and the Aman?

we've right now chosen to sort of put in the public domain [indiscernible] (49:30) right now actively working to transact. It will just unnecessarily sort of distract and defocus the [ph] entire detail (49:39). So right now we just focus on the three major and a couple of minor [indiscernible] (49:45) that are out there in the market where active live discussions are taking place. So is there [indiscernible] (49:52)? The answer is yes. Are we right now ready to share [indiscernible] (49:57)? Not sure.

probably we may not also share it, because it actually cause a lot of distraction

If we close these transactions, we don't try to share it right now.

three or four major asset sales that we have been talking about, and if we're able to close those in the next one to two quarters, we should get a one shot reduction in debt of between Rs 4,000 crores to Rs 5,000 crores. It can be argued that we've been saying this for one year, it hasn't happened. The flip side is, I mean, all of us know the Metro headwinds that has been there, so the Aman business or the [indiscernible] (12:18) in the market or the wind farm, unfortunately in today's circumstances these are taking longer to close and unfortunately one can't [ph] sign 12:25 them to a quarter. But we do believe that once this Rs 5,000-odd crores comes into the business across, hopefully in the next six odd months

Aman Resorts, what exactly is delaying sale process?

Well, I think you can very well see what the global impacts are or what's happening in Europe. And we – strategic guy is waiting and want some kind of stability in those markets before he can take a final call. So, it's more of a wait and watch. We are in dialog with few of the interested parties. The dialog is very deep. And as things start to more stabilize in those markets, hopefully I think we should be able to close the transaction soon.

we are in dialogue with many of the parties, both in the hospitality space...hopeful of concluding these transactions within this quarter or early next quarter. So that is what we are really targeting. What else – I mean, I can't really give any other comfort than saying that these are the third-party interested in purchasing these assets.

I don't know where you're getting your data from. They are not being three years in pipeline. The Aman transaction that we're talking about got only activated in May of last year, or May of 2011. That is the time when it really got activated. It went into the marketplace with number of interested parties only in June-July.

On the balanced transactions, we are clearly in very close and serious discussions with the buyers, but it will be very difficult for me to pinpoint an exact date or a specific time frame. In this financial year [FY2013/FY2012-2013 ends mar 31 2013] we should be able to close all of these transactions

may finalise Aman Resorts' sale for Rs 1,700 crore by mid or end of September

we are at advanced stages of discussions and – on progress on all of those...we continue to say very optimistic that we should be able to close some of these big tickets deals this year...by March 31, 2013.

all of these deals are long cycle time deals, given the quantum of the money and the complexities involved

is there any particular assets still which is going faster or slower?

obviously, they are, but honestly I don't think that information honestly that is worth sharing right now because these things change by the week
