I think PHX will be a logical choice. I surely hope that they will bring EK into PHX. They'll consider it.

Europe to US?
Sorry if this has been asked (looked but couldnt find it)
What is the chances of Emirates getting a route through Europe to the US, or do they have one?.
I would rather use them and connect from the UK as a preference to BA, Virgin or any US carrier.

Not from the UK, but EK flies on the MXP-JFK route .However the EU carriers are not very happy and are trying to stop EK from flying this route.

I wish for EK to add more 5th freedom routes. Their SIN hub works very well from what I've heard. And the Singapore gouvernment allows that operation even as it's directly hurting SQ - as they are about fair competition, and not cheapskates like the European airlines and their governments (even if not officially state-hold)

I think the second 380 to MAN to compliment the 77W is imminent. There are rumours about MAN, GLA and BHX to the US. I believe those routes would do amazingly well.

What's the benefit of EWR when EK already has thrice daily from JFK with Y typically not getting full on both 202 and 204 almost everyday?

I'm not talking about EK launching EWR in the near future. But in 5 or more years why not? You'll never know which airline could be a code-share partner in the future and e.g. EWR (or other airports) could be importnant for EK.
Not a bad thing to serve 2 airports in a city like New York. Greater chioce for travellers.
For me it's more realistic EK launching EWR than PDX, MSP or SLC but time will tell.

Any news on new SE Asia markets: DPS, CEB, MDC (fingers crossed) etc.
Won't be too hard to get one off their pals at B6.
