Naples, Italy - with a friend to split a Pizza Margherita and a Pizza Marinara at L'Antica Pizzera
Rome, Italy - my former host mother's epic Sunday lunches, gelato
Tamil Nadu, India - roadside stands for Parotta and Korma, also Saravanas Bhavan.
Kasghar, China - Streetside Lamb Kebabs and other treats
Brussels, Belgium - Doner Kebabs, Waffles, Chocolate
Singapore - Hawker stands
Baltimore, MD (home) - crabs/crab cakes,my mom's food
Cape Breton, Nova Scotia - Lobster
That's all I can think of for now but the list is probably impossibly long...

Anywhere on the West Coast that has an In and Out Burger.
Anywhere in the USA for a Chick Fil A sandwich, waffle fries and a lemon pie. YUM!
Santa Maria for linquisa and a big steak at Jocko's.
New Orleans for an iced coffee and beignets at Cafe du Monde in New Orleans (also some gumbo at this soup restaurant right by the main square.)
Newark NJ (yes, Newark, NJ) for the piatta and the big steak at Don Pepe's (or any one of the Spanish Portuguese restaurants within walking distance of Penn Station.)
Paris for that secret restaurant that has some of the best food in the world.
Hong Kong for Hugo's and a Black Russian, lobster Bisque and NY strip
Texas for Shiner Bock (wait, I'll be doing that soon!)
NYC for a pastrami sandwich at Katz's (which I will be doing in about a week. There's an FT get together there this coming weekend
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=631955
Atlantic City for a Taylor Ham sandwich on the Boardwalk (but to do this would have to go back in history. The place is now part of the ugly Trump Tai Majal complex.)

Oh, I specifically didn't include drinks that I'd travel to get! I think we could get quite a lot of responses to a related thread entitled "I would go back to _______ just to drink _______."!!!
And, if Shiner weren't so readily available (ah, I remember the dark days after I'd left Texas and before Shiner was readily available!), I'd definitely travel back to Texas for it!

This literally made me teary-eyed. (Used to live in MSN (which has its own fairly good custard, Michael's), and got over to MKE for Kopp's once in a while.)
I would go back to LA for an In-N-Out burger or for Din Tai Fung dumplings.
I'd go back to Chicago for a good Chicago-style hot dog (Wolfy's comes to mind).
I'd go back to New England for a good bowl of clam chowdah.
And I would (and do) go back home for my wife's home cookin'.

Edmonton-The Original Pancake House (at the Forks-or they do have other locations in Edmonton as well)
The apple pancakes (or any other of their over a dozen flavors)
The omelettes that are baked after they are cooked so the top is nice and crispy (not sure if they really bake them but that is what it tastes like and they are SO good!)
