Edmonton-The Original Pancake House (at the Forks-or they do have other locations in Edmonton as well)
The apple pancakes (or any other of their over a dozen flavors)
The omelettes that are baked after they are cooked so the top is nice and crispy (not sure if they really bake them but that is what it tastes like and they are SO good!)
