Oh yes, I'm with you there. Fantastic brewery tour at Pilsner Urquell. They actually brew beer regularly in oak barrels the old-fashioned way in the rock tunnels under the brewery to taste compare with the batches being made in the modern brewery above. Each production batch is tested like that to ensure that the beer hasn't changed with the new methods.

- Hong Kong to eat Hainan Chicken rice and pork congee at two hole-in-the-wall restaurants I know only by sight.
- Venice at a small restaurant behind Piazza San Marco to eat anything on their menu.
- Riomaggiore to La Lampara for their seafood pasta
- Bangkok for Kao Man Gay (Thai version of hainan chicken rice)
- Austin, Texas for Rudy's extra moist brisket
- Antigua, Guatemala for chef Cristof at Meson Panza Verde's escargot smothered tenderloin in red wine sauce

Charlotte, NC for the Bojangles chicken

New York City for the grilled corn-on-the-cob at Cafe Habana.
Bangkok for the pad thai they sell at a street vendor as well as some fried fish
