Santa Maria for linquisa and a big steak at Jocko's.

New Orleans for an iced coffee and beignets at Cafe du Monde in New Orleans (also some gumbo at this soup restaurant right by the main square.)

Newark NJ (yes, Newark, NJ) for the piatta and the big steak at Don Pepe's (or any one of the Spanish Portuguese restaurants within walking distance of Penn Station.)

Paris for that secret restaurant that has some of the best food in the world.

Hong Kong for Hugo's and a Black Russian, lobster Bisque and NY strip

Texas for Shiner Bock (wait, I'll be doing that soon!)

NYC for a pastrami sandwich at Katz's (which I will be doing in about a week. There's an FT get together there this coming weekend
