I would love to join you, but it's my first weekend in NYC now (last time was in 2004), so I just want to get "acquainted" to the city a bit more before I start going "deep". Besides that... it seems quite complicated to get from the area around Flusing Meadows to central Brooklyn. Google Maps tells me fastest way is going via Manhattan.
Next time (given the prices are affordable for me) I will be in!

Not sure how common Panamanian restaurants are in the NY area, but I walked by one today in Brooklyn, by Franklin Ave. and St. Marks Ave. in Crown Heights.

I'm looking at next week or weekend (7/28-8/2 timeframe) for an Ivorian (Côte d'Ivoire) meal in East Harlem. Any preferences on the date? If not, I'll probably do it on Saturday 8/1.
