Hello,
applied for my renewal ESTA 2 days ago. I see the request is still in pending and I suspect a payment issue/error as below the page I cannot display any details about payment.
That's strange because on the other times the request was immediately approved.

Any clue how to solve it?

Id like to visit NYC for a week prior to travelling onto Jamaica ,spend 3 months in Jamaica & spend another week in the US before departing back home to the UK.
Or will i have to tie this travel into 3 months ? I'm hoping I've made sense

I'm not sure this is correct, as Jamaica is an "adjacent Caribbean island" for example as defined here https://www.ice.gov/sevis/travel

Therefore for a non-resident of Jamaica who qualifies for ESTA, when leaving the US for Jamaica and then returning to the US, the return to the US would not count as making a new application to enter the US, so the entire US>Caribbean>US trip can only last for 90 days e.g. as described here https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/visa-...ogram/transit/
