I received a similar offer, but my bonus is 5 miles per $, also capped at 2,500 miles for the same time period.

I was targeted for the 15k bonus miles after spending at least $750 for each of the month June, July and August. Used the card only once to receive original 35k miles before receiving targeted offer.
Met the requirements by August 2nd utilizing $800 AP each month. Late September statement closed with no bonus miles, however, I noticed 15,000 pending miles appearing since that statement on the Barclays US Airways website. .

I've been watching this closely due to the wording on the offer making me nervous (calendar month instead of statement month). Mine have not posted. Youpaiyou did you call Barclays?

Holding 2nd U.S. Airways card. Made one purchase in July 2013. Today, received an email for the $750 or more per month for 3 consecutive months starting November for 15k bonus miles....YIPEEE!!!! Off to CVS again

Just got the targeted offer yesterday. As a datapoint, I have spent $9 on the card this year to get the 35k miles. I will certainly take advantage of this and than put the card right back in my office.
