I just got the offer in my inbox this morning. Seems like there's a quarterly sweep, because I haven't even had the card 2 months yet. I got the bifold mailer a few days later.
Timeline: Apped 5/29, 1st and only purchase 7/12. Statement dropped 7/21, 35k miles posted, then I got the 15k offer 7/24.
Spend "over" $750 in August, September and October. So I assume exactly $750 doesn't count, but $751 does.
ETA: I never got this offer on my 1st card, because I actually used it to make USAir purchases.

Are you saying that USAirways purchases on the card make one ineligible for these promotions? I've had the card for a couple of months now and haven't received any notification of the latest promo.

I'm also waiting for this bonus offer. A friend also told me to switch off my paperless statement option and I might get a bonus offer to switch to paperless statements. Anyone heard this too?

I got an email telling me they offer 500 miles to switch to paperless statement. Yes, 500 miles.

Just got offered the deal for Sept, Oct, Nov. Received the card on 6/15 and put one $10 purchase on 6/22.

I had the offer in Mar, Apr,May and it just posted. The fine print says it takes 8 or maybe 12 weeks, I don't remember.
