Same issue - bought the miles on Saturday Australian time and still haven't received anything. Card company tells me that there isn't any problem. Any idea which department in US Airways can assist - Dividend Miles and technical help had no idea what to do when I spoke to them!!

If it's any consolation I bought miles on Friday afternoon Melbourne time and they didn't show up until sometime early this morning. So maybe wait a day or two before you start worrying.

Which 50% bonus? I have had 75,000 appear (50 + first 25)... and the other 25K is meant to happen "by June 5" isn't it?

I received the first 50% bonus when I purchased the miles, the second 50% comes after registering with points.com ... and of course they posted this a few days before the promotion ended (after I had my paid):
"Welcome new US Airways Members! If you joined Points.com after buying Dividend Miles, you can expect to get your 2nd 50% bonus from Points.com by June 1, 2012."
...so unfortunately it doesn't go through right away as I thought.
but i remember back to one they had last year and it posted before the time frame they gave... so we can hope it'll be early may.

I got the first 50% bonus too, and as long as I get the second bonus I'm not too fussed if I have to wait until June.

Email today from points.com stating that I qualified for the second 50% bonus for being registered with them. Miles should pst by June 1.

Seems like a few people have received the confirmation email that they qualified for the seond 50%. Is there a way I could check whether I qualified...I've sent points.com a message and am waiting to hear back but would it be worth calling Dividend miles?

I'm not sure on this one. It seems this promo was being generated and run by points.com... and I know if you have any problems with normal bonus miles US usually says it is a points.com issue... so maybe points.com is the one to go for in checking you were registered etc etc
