Booked for 4 pax on TG Asia - Europe in J class
Booked for 4 pax. Was surprised I got four seats. CSR initially could see 2 seats only, but then said let me try and the other two showed up "on hold" after which she could pull them into the PNR
2.5 hours on the phone with a pretty helpful CSR in Phoenix. I feed her a few flights, but she came up with a few on her own.
SIN-BKK-FRA all in I, FRA-Bergern BGO in X
Open Jaw
ARN-BKK all in I, BKK-SIN in X for shorter wait time in BKK
BKK-FRA is on TG922, on a A340-600 flight
ARN-BKK is on TG961 on a 777-300 flight
Anybody have experience with TG business class on these two particular flights?

What's going on with intra-Europe flights? Multiple agents have said no space ex-LHR to FRA/MUC/DUS despite award space being plentiful...

The issue has been reported a lot lately, just in the last couple of posts as well, in fact.

I booked two intra-european flights OSL-FRA-OSL a couple of days ago. No problem whatsoever.

Is 72hours hold real 72 hours?
I have a ticket hold on thursday. And the agent today says that it will be hold until tomorrow 8pm. But actually I booked it in the early morning of thusday.
I don't trust usairways agent. Is that 72 hours or the 8pm of the third day, in practice?

Mystery airline LACSA
Timeline of events
2 hours ago: called US for partner redemption for rt SJO-PTY w/ outbound on the 16th on CM and inbound on the 25th on CM. priced at 25k
Just now: called US for the same itinerary except for an outbound on the 17th. CS says return is on LACSA and is not showing up on both of her lists of *A carriers and fears rejection causing a hassle for me so the helpdesk recommends i put it on a 3 day hold and call back after 24 hours to see if it still holds. If so, book. Priced at 35k
Now i know LACSA operates as Avianca and i told her this but she still insisted i out it on hold. As for the return on CM, i mentioned that as well and she says there are seats only in F. I guess someone took it.
If i can get a confirmed itinerary in my hands it would make my life a lot easier since a hotel booking depends on whether i fly or take a bus. The only thing i lost is the mispricing at 25k (ugh) but i needed to change dates anyways.
So does anyone have experience with AC bookings coming out like this? Is there really a risk of rejection for me or should i just go ahead and book it without worry? Also, i have a confirmation # in my hands but should i call back frequently and ask how much it costs in hopes of an agent pricing it as a within SA trip (25k)? Or is the price already imbeded into the hold?

Both SJO and PTY are in Central America, this 35k is correct.

[KVS Availability Tool 7.2.3/Diamond - Timetable/NL]
CM coded Flights are operated by Copa Airlines (not Lacsa).
There's only one Lacsa (LR) flight on this route. The brand Lacsa should disappear this year and be changed into Avianca (AV).
