I'm no expert on this but this seems like it should work for the London bonus

If there a mileage calculator on United.com for this?
There is no trip mileage calculator on united.com. Each segment is reported on your E-Ticket Receipt.
I use Great Circle Mapper, it may disagree on each segment by a few miles but it is close enough.

With either approach you will need to adjust the under 500 miles segments if you have elite status. Additionally you will have to manually adjust for CoS or elite bonuses.

Great Circle has WAS-LAS-KOA-LAX-LHR-WAS as 16,428 m

In my experience, the amount of miles travelled shown when searching and booking a reservation on United.com usually coincides with the miles awarded for travel with your reservations from United.com. The best guide for miles earned is to build an itinerary on United.com.

clarification of DEQM credits for codeshare flights

I am taking a flight by United operated by US Airways. I want to make sure I am correct. I will get double eqms for the flight but I will not get credit for miles toward more E-500's. Right?

If the actual plane you are sitting on is not a United plane, you will not get double EQMs

From the T&Cs:

Offer valid on flights operated by United and United Express and is not applicable on United-marketed code-share flights operated by other carriers or Star Alliance flights.

It is the metal that counts. It doesn't matter who issued your ticket or what the ticketed code is.

Actually, EQMs on US Airways metal DO count toward e500s. I was corrected on this by a coworker who flies US metal a lot, and has the miles accrue to his Mileage Plus account. UA M+ members also get RDM bonuses (e.g., 100% for 1Ks).

However, you are correct about DEQM. If the plane doesn't have a tulip on the tail, no double elite miles (through June 15).

Yes on the RDM bonus.... but no on the e-500 counter (as well as no lifetime miles). I missed a 4 pack by about 400mi last year becuase I took a VDB to US.

And no minimum 500 miles for short segments either on US - just actual miles flown.

Only because SWU accrual is based strictly on EQMs.

Unless they share revenue in the US... nah...

I wonder if the TATL revenue sharing will impact things going over the pond though? Probably not, based on the current revenue sharing with LH.
