Upgrade Lost??
Hi.
My father recently sponsored a SWU u/g which cleared a few days after.
Checking my itineries ive noticed that one leg of my journey says Flight:Confirmed, Upgrade: Confirmed.
The other leg just shows Flight:Confirmed. No mention of upgrade, although it still shows upgraded business and an assigned C seat.
Has anyone else seen this before, and had trouble with it?
Maybe it has something to do with the new look "Itineries" page??

I've seen this before. I currently have an upgraded segment that does NOT have a line about "Upgrade: Confirmed". If I had to venture a guess, I would say that the Upgrade: Confirmed only appears if the upgrade is initially waitlisted (or "pending -- requested outsude upgrade window). No "upgrade: confirmed" appears if the upgrade clears at booking (or as soon as it's requested).
