Missing Segments from last week
Last week I flew from LAX-STL with a connection through DEN and only one segment was listed on my mileage summary rather than 4. I called UAL about it and they said it could take up to three weeks to investigate! Is this normal? I've flown 76 segments this year and have never had a problem with missing segments. They usually pop up after a couple of days.

Yes, they are correct, sometimes segments take a few extra days to post (I have had some take 2-3 weeks). But save your stubs just in case.

There were a few people commenting yesterday (myself included) on a different thread (OT IIRC) about missing segments from last Thursday. It's not very often I have a segment not post within 2-3 days of a flight. I usually give it a week and then send the electronic request if necessary.

It happens sometimes.
My last flight (return) posted fine but the outbound is still missing.
I'll give UA until next week before sending in a claim for missing mileage credit.

I sense a trend here. . . . my return legs from last Friday (CVG - ORD - SFO) have yet to post. Because I wound up standby on earlier flights than my ticketed itin, I'm not too shocked that there's a posting delay. However, it seems the system might be backed up a bit anyway.

My 10/6 (Thursday) flights posted yesterday as did my 10/10 (Monday) flights...but I had called and given them my ticket #...but yes, it seems like something was awry in Denmark...or at least Oak Park.

I dug my boarding card out of the trash this morning as I hadn't seen my Friday ORD-YYZ flight show up yet. It's getting near crunch time for a lot of people, esp. those of us who are making status through segments this year. Lots and lots and lots of segments...

Hmm, I had a US Air Flight last Friday and it posted! Incorrectly, but it posted. They had class as "L" while my receipt says "B", so should have gotten 1.5x.
