Missing Segments from last week

My DSM->SMF flight from 2 weeks ago only has 3 of the 4 segments posted. the DEN->SMF on the outbound is MIA.

My Friday 10/7's flights didn't post either. Return flights on Sunday did... I just called MP and they re-entered the ticket number and told me to wait 7 days.

Still missing ORD-LHR 10/6, while LHR-ORD 10/11 posted right on time. I talked to MP this morning, and they said that they're hearing lots of stories about missing postings from Thursday/Friday....
Not to worry, tho, she said they'd put them in a pending queue and we'd see them within a few days.

I had a missing segment on BMi (the first of a 4-segment ticket - the other 3 posted OK) from BOM to LHR. This also happened on 10/7, so I'm wondering if it's part of the same problem.
On a wider issue, I have noticed what appears to be a significant deterioration in the processing of *A partner airline flights over the past few months. Out of 3 separate itineraries, each of 4 segments (BD, SQ and OS), I have had one segment fail to post. Seems to be a random thing (not always the first or last) and seems to be happening a lot more these days.
Anyone else noticed a similar trend?
I contacted the SYD Mileage Plus office and they told me that they are not even opening mail less than 6 weeks old (!), so I just faxed the details to Tucson and hope that they can chase up the missing miles a bit sooner.

All my fights from early last week have posted now, but the additional 0.5 EQM/EQS bonuses don't seem to have posted yet. Anyone else notice this?

I've noticed that the bonus 0.5 EQM/EQS take a couple of extra days to post, but always show up without further prompting.
