Which UA stations still issue card stock boarding passes?

Seems to me that baggage level chickens have been replaced with thermal machines, but main-level check-in on the premier side still have the old machines.

At DFW the Premier check-in machines give thermal but the general machines give blue/gold BPs. I usually use the general machines for this reason.

FRA at the C gate. They tore up my LH issued BP from a code share and replaced it with a nice gold one.

For those of us residing in the wonderful state of Nebraska, in my experience, machines at OMA give card stock and those at LNK print thermal. At least that's how it's been for my last few trips.
Also I seem to recall those at DUB and IAD giving out cardstock. DUB was the bmi checkin though.

Since the 4th quarter of last year...I only get thermal at LNK! Even if an agent prints them for me.

In my experience, chickens at check in at ORD (though, I've only checked in at premier desk) and chickens post-security in B give out card stock gold BP's. But seems to me that at the gate, they've printed out thermal for a while now.
CVG chicken's give out thermal BP's, but if you check in with an agent at the desk, they give out gold/blue card stock.
YYZ machines give out thermal (machine's are shared with AC and other carriers) but agents give out card stock gold/blue BP's.

It should be noted that the majority of the card stock boarding passes (both gold and blue), still use a thermal printing mechanism. Try it out -- hold a card stock BP up to a lightbulb or other heat source and watch it become black all over. Also this is why even the card stock BPs fade over time.
The only exception I've found was in MEL where the card stock BPs were printed with actual ink. This explains why my MEL BP is still nice and black three years later, while all other BPs of the same age have long since begun to fade.

Chickens at Terminal A in EWR were printing out golden tickets this morning.

Oops, forgot to add... GA in the Domestic terminal at SFO (Gate 90 I think) gave me VDB vouchers and tickets printed on thermal paper last week.
