Which UA stations still issue card stock boarding passes?

I'm with the folks in this thread who greatly prefer card stock BPs to the flimsy white paper

Seems like card stock is being phased out, sadly -- and was thinking it would be cool to have a thread to track which hubs/stations do and don't still have card stock

Appreciate input from fellow FTers with attention to detail for this travel perk/quirk

Definitely can still get it in Hong Kong. White only though, no more yellow/blue stock at least at the in-town check in.
I've seen lots of card stock when UA Ticketing does anything for me. I wonder if they will phase this out as well.

At SFO, if you use the machine at curbside, they give out hard paper

When I checked in at the easy check in machine in the business class line at PHL, gold card stock was spit out.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8900/4.6.1.199 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

SLC you can get gold stock from the chicken and white from the counter.

LAS you can get gold stock from the counter, the chickens only do thermal.

LAX only has thermal chickens after security.
JFK you can get gold stock from the counter

on my most recent trip early march...the chicken at DCA has them (the one's away from the counters), and they have them at MSP.

As a rule of thumb:

1) The chickens that spit out the boarding pass the width-wise (the long-side) put out the thermal BP's.

2) The chickens that spit out the BP's the short-side, put out the card stock BP's.

Also, at MHT, PVD, TUS, LAS, and PHX you get thermal BP's from the chickens.

At BOS, the chickens give you card stock BP's.
