Believe as 2021 and 2022 were blank extensions, not spreadsheets were created for those years

Only flights on United planes counts towards GS qualification. Code shares or partner flights booked via United do NOT count. For example BEG-FRA-SFO round-trip:

So in this example, you booked this trip on the UA website, the fare was $5000 round -trip and the LH flights to/from BEG-FRA were $500 each way. Your GS qualifying PQP would be $4000 for this trip, not the entire $5000 fare.

56k PQP YTD, another 29k booked

Newark based with 56k PQP YTD with another 29k booked in next 8 weeks -- almost exclusively in long haul J. Asked for a GS review and got the stock response that they will finalize GS list in mid January.

If all the PQP is on UA metal, you are probably in good shape.

As for myself, I think I will end up somewhere north of 50k on UA metal by EOY (total probably somewhere north of 60k), but I am assuming that I have zero shot of getting a look, even if it is my highest qualifying total ever and a trend of ever-increasing travel (excepting the pandemic). I don't think GS would make a particularly large difference in my life, but it would be a nice perk to hit just once.

If you don't make it with that for 2026, then we all need to give up.

Forgive me ..my mind is muddled ..

Hello all,
many thanks in advance ..this is a parochial question for all of the experts but if I book a paid P class business on LH with UA codeshare flight numbers, will those flight miles count toward my quest to reach the 4 million mile threshold that Im aiming for (GS for life hopefully)..I know there is something about native UA flights having an additional benefit but for the life of me Im not finding the right answer. Again thanks in advance

14 GS DEN-FRA this weekend so it appears that plenty still made it even though it was allegedly tougher in 2025. We shall see what 2026 holds in store for us!

Hi made 43k last year. Thus far 56k with lots of more flights include two international in Polaris one to EU the second to Japan (all on United hardware). Thinking I will come in right at round 77k. Thoughts?

Been1k for years and already qualified for next year

Thanks,

What is your "home" airport?

I feel like you got a pretty good shot, but you never know. I think that home airport has a lot of impact here

Trying to decide if I should take my last flight of the year SYD-LHR with Singapore. It will only net 1.8K PQP and like 10-12K UA miles. I could earn a lot more crediting to AA flying BA.

Is this likely not to make the difference? Especially since not even UA metal? Tracking to about 50K PQP. Unsure what to do...

Without this flight: $49.7K
With this flight: $51.5K

moved halfway through the year - LHR home airport.. are both low-odds anyway?
