Discussion of the United Clubs at IAH {Archive}

Among the United Club lounges at IAH, which is considered the best?

To add, would prefer a Club Lounge with a shower.

Thank you.

E terminal lounge is the best, and it has showers.

Yup, IAH-E.

Not only is E the best in IAH, I would content it is the best one out of all the U.S. clubs I have been to. (Even though LAX has cool windows and wood flooring) Any other good ones in the U.S.? Sadly there is no "flagship" club in ORD. You would think they would have a nice one there.

I think the Vegas club is the newest and is IMO pretty nice. Nothing special, but it is upstairs with some nice views.

IAH E is great, but I won't use it if my gate is much closer to one of the other lounges, unless I had a 2h+ layover.

C-South also has showers, but I also find it to be the busiest United Club at IAH. C-North is usually quiet, B has a slightly cramped layout and is probably my least favorite club at IAH, A is relatively new but also smallish.

I like C North because it is usually quiet and not crowded. Sometimes the third floor in E is not crowded.

Second the comment about the third floor of the E club often being uncrowded. Seems most people get to the top of the escalator and then stop.

C-south and E both have showers.

The E club is the best (newest), other than that they are all essentially the same. Outside of the showers there is no real reason to venture out of your way to go to any one club.

Agree the IAH E club is probably the largest, but second the Vegas club is pretty interesting being on the second floor with a decent view and slightly nicer decor.

Didn't knowthe PMCO lounges had showers, So I guess that's what it took to get showers in a United Club....a merger. Now if only they could spread to other intl gateways.

Just so you know there are only 4 PMCO lounge had showers, 2 in IAH, and 2 in EWR.

They have showers in lounges at other intl gateways too, but just you have to fly in paid or award F or C in order to be able to use it. (IFL and Arrivals)

The United Club in at IAH Terminal E is 3 floors and I would say by far the nicest domestic United club I have been too.

Here is a video that shows the entire club (IAH Terminal E) and all three floors when it was a Continental President's Club.

I think people see the bar on the 2nd floor and just stop Also, the thought of dragging their suitcases up non-motorized steps probably isn't very appealing.

I love the third floor. Nice and quiet up there.
