Thanks. On my 4th HUCA and escalation to supervisor, somebody finally got it to ticket. I'm convinced it would have sat as waitlisted without calling. Bizarre.

Responding to this thread to not create a new one~
I've had this issue come up twice in the last few months, one with a regular rev ticket, one with a MP redemption. Received the usual 'your reservation is processing' email, but I suppose was never ticketed. Same payment method as usual, nothing different AFAIK. Noticed when looking at my upcoming trips that reservations were missing.
Rev ticket had some PZ space when booked and *luckily* still did by the time I called in. Award ticket was booked in the very, very rare IN bucket out of RDU-IAH and on to SFO, and disappeared by the time I noticed. A bit irritating.
Has the popped up with more frequency for others? First time in years that I've had this issue.

In the past several days, I tried to book a few simple revenue EWR-SFO tickets.
I waited one hour but it's still not ticketed. Ended up canceling. Credit card shows "pending".
I have never seen this before.

At the end, P fare was reasonable so I grabbed it instead of waiting for the coach ticket to be issued and risking PN space disappearing.
I waited more than an hour and I don't know if it would be ticketed should I wait for a day or two.
EWR-SFO all UA.
Never seen this before.

I saw PN1 and wanted to confirm the upgrade. But you can't apply PP unless it's ticketed.
