I just checked mystatus.united.com and it has me re-qualified for 2018 (my 6th year). I have 303,000 PQM, ~$100K PQD, and 175 segments. This is my highest year ever (and frankly I don't want to be this high again as it has been a crazy travel year for me. I guess I would be considered ORD based even though I live near Charleston, WV.

Made it again
Notification today for 5th year in a row. 186kPQM and 55PQD with one more international in J next week. Should finish at 200+ and 63k. based in sunny FL and mostly international Biz

I called GS this morning and the rep asked me to check status in the afternoon ... and there it was !! Qualified. 3rd Year.
i will post stats later (is there a spreadsheet?) but I clocked $62k in PQD with about $5k of that on LH metal and pretty much most of it in Intl C and Ds, with many Ps on Intl and ps flights.
