Is GPU upgrade function dead?

I keep getting this error after selecting upgrade

Upgrade using RPU seems fine.

Clear cache, cookies, history, try again? Or this may just be random, or it might be the "you think you are logged in but really you aren't problem". Or it could just be broken!

Me too, couple times last 2 weeks when I tried with GPU expiring in January. Haven't tried 2016 deposited RPU.

Viewing RJ upgrade standby list on mobile website?

Is there any convenient way to view upgrade standby list from the mobile website when the flight is on a regional jet? Even when the plane has First/Business seats, the 'Upgrade' button/link is deactivated, which is annoying.

I wouldn't generally refer to a 747 as a regional jet.

Here's an example---

the mobile website (on desktop):

the website (on phone):

the app (on phone):

---if I edit the URL it works, but that's a pain.

Has united.com recently started to use Google API's?

One of the good things about united.com for me was that it worked pretty well (with its known IT flaws of course), no matter where I was in the world.
Recently however I noticed united.com hanging a few minutes on the dreaded "ajax.googleapis.com" when in China. I now have to go through a VPN to get smooth functionality.

Did united.com only recently make use of Google API's, or is this some other anomaly I am seeing?

website down ?

Trying to login on the website, but only get an error.

Trying to book a flight without logging iin, doesn't work either

Booking a flight via the app also gives an error.

United.com and United app are down...

*****NOW BACK UP******* United.com and the United app are down - just got off with customer service? Just got off the phone with an agent in IT and it seems the Polaris sparkled have tripped the system. Agent could see my booking (which the app did not show) but she couldn't access it. Time was around 145am EST. Hopefully the LH cockpit crew will not see this as an additional way to inflict more pain by launching another strike

Anyone else noticing this?
