Website search tool down?

I've been doing some heavy duty segment searching over the last few days. Mostly award, but some revenue tix. Now it's "unable to process" everything I try. I've changed from international to domestic, award to revenue and back, # of pax, etc. And still nothing. Says "We are unable to process your request. Please see the message below for details." But there's no message below.

I even tried changing my IP address. Nada.
Tried on my phone both via wifi and LGE. Nada.

Anyone else?

I'm actually glad you guys are seeing it, too. I thought my IP or UA account had somehow been blocked for abuse! LOL

Now saying "data services unavailable". Yikes.

Never flown UA before, was going to purchase a flight in March and of course the site is down. Maybe UA doesn't want my business...

It's working for me.... sloooooooooooooowly.
Took forever to print 4 boarding passes, made much more difficult when the system auto-split the PNRs.

now basically totally FUBAR. pages very slow to load or do not load at all, data services down, etc. great timing with so much rebooking going on for the blizzard. cause and effect?

I've had it repeatedly fail at every operation today. I'm chalking it up to load at the moment due to everyone scrambling over weather, but if it's something else (e.g. system failure somewhere at UA), that's really bad timing.

Seeing the same thing. All pages very slow. No searching for flights at all (error page results). Wonder how long this one will last?

Haven't been able to get solid results for hours now. Sign-in gets mixed up or fails, flight searches fail -- frustrating waste of time this evening. Still down at 1930 EST.
