I've got three hours to kill in Den today. West or east UC? I'm sure there is a thread somewhere, but my search didn't hit it. Thanks

West is nicer.
However, it tends to have more passengers during certain windows given it's right next to B32, which is the 788/NRT gate. That'll have all the J pax, as well as any *G's on that flight.

West is much nicer, with better furniture and more outlets. Beyond that, food offering is identical.

I agree with West, and agree it can be the most crowded, however in true FlyerTalk fashion, go to both, and write up a detailed report. Create hypothetical travel problems for the staff to help you with, ask for very off the wall drinks and see which side comps you and which side charges. Try to bring several guests into each and note which loungedragons are okay with it and which aren't. Make it an adventure!!!

It is now so bad at DEN that UA has a make or break moment. If they don't do anything, that is a clear signal that DEN has less of a place in the future network than CLE. At IAD it would be silly to do a serious renovation, the C/D terminal is not going to last more than another 10 years regardless of what UA would like. The DEN terminal is relatively new as far as airports go.

Maybe they could do a furniture swap between the UC's in DEN and IAH, too?
