There are less cancellations these days on UA, but 9 hr delays IMO are just as bad if not worse.

Not to mention EWR-LHR UA934 daytime flight is delayed 12h28m due to maintenance (and probably curfew issues at LHR).

The same ship that is now supposed to fly UA934 has delayed UA312 this morning 4 hrs ... you guessed it .... due to aircraft maintenance.
they also swapped in a 2-class 763 ... operations is so messed up at UA these days.

UX5278 YVR-SFO cancelled Jan 3 due to "severe weather conditions in our route network". Looks like the aircraft never made it up here from SFO last night, as UX5496 was also cancelled on Jan 2.
Any idea what the severe weather was that torpedoed this set of flights?

You should be fine for Wed departure, unless if something happens on the inbound into SYD that morning (4/1 UA839 or UA863).

The issue is certain users claiming it's a MX delay when at times it isn't. No reason it's a MX delay operations it's a MX delay Crew is late MX delay aircraft swap MX delay. See what I'm getting at? I could care less if certain users get satisfaction posting about every delay/cancellation but come on at least post realistic info or don't post at all.
