The current selection does include "Texas caviar," which in the UC's version is a salad of black-eyed peas, corn, onions, jicama (I think) and maybe one or two other veggie ingredients, all brightened with a lemony vinaigrette.

Still no coffee to-go cups yesterday at DEN. IAH had them in two different clubs last week. Though at the E Club, the coffee robot was out of beans from for half an hour in the morning. The staff didn't seem to understand the issue when asked.

That new pound cake for breakfast is unremarkable. Not as stale as I had feared, but not as good as the scones.

Also, saw the new chocolate 'elf cookies' at DEN and IAH in the afternoon-evening. DENs were about 1 inch square, while IAHs were over 2 inches. Guess that indicates the relative importance, and might explain the coffee cups....

PHL still had the old offerings on Friday.

Also heard from one of the bartenders that the ORD B18 club will be renovated before the C club.

It amazes me that they don't have self service soda machines across the board. I've sat at the ORD C club for several hours and at least 60% of the orders were for non-alcoholic drinks.

What did they do to change the hummus? I don't eat it so I didn't notice.

Me neither.

In the ORD C club now, and I wish there was hummus, new or old. I guess I'm too early for the eggs and oatmeal, and don't like cold cereal. Pretty bare food counter overall at this time of morning (5:30 am).

Totally agree. It's not rocket science. They should have 2-3 different soups out at every time.
Agreed! They have the stats from everyone checking in and I have to imagine a good percentage of the people in the club are regulars. Variety would be welcomed!

Glad to hear. I hate those non-food salads.

PHX UC

I'm here now. There are cookies, hummus, and roasted red peppers. Nothing else. No chips, breads nor soup. How does eat the hummus?

Oh I failed to mention I am standing. There is no where to sit.

Surprised LGA doesn't have the new offerings yet.

Have you read the thread on UA Express meals? Apparently salads are just salads. Unless they're not. In which case, they're non-food salads?

This seems to be a common occurrence. I don't get it. Maybe we're supposed to use the soup spoons?

Just like the elusive salami sightings between 4-6pm.

FWIW, there are 2 other potential options available (Centurion Lounge and AC Maple Leaf Club).
