Having said all that, a uniform is exactly what is means, everyone should be dresses "UNIFORMLY" and intentionally changing the dress code is something that an employer should strictly enforce, and a personal statement should not, even if it's intended to show past pride, be tolerated. This lack of enforcement of these rules starts at the top.

I don't have a particular problem with the "ex-con" merchandise - as long as everyone is marching in the same direction. I remember many times when DL and CO were aligned seeing DL f/as with pins that identified them as old "Western" employees, and some at NW who had Republic pins.
However, the divisive stuff (both from the pmCO and pmUA employees) needs to stop. You're one airline now no matter where the policies, logos, or dishes came from. Behave like an adult or find another job.
