I also lost my Premier Miles...
I called on the issue as I'm doing the 1k challenge and when my last 9k miles posted from a flight last week my existing 27k miles disappeared. The CSR said they knew of the bug and hoped to have it fixed within 72hrs.

My weekend flights Sat and Sunday posted --- Mileage Plus miles and bonus correct as well as PQS, but as others have said, it just shows as blank for those two flights as PQM and they aren't counted in the total PQM count (ie it's not just a "display" problem)
I should add unlike others posting previously, while I got no PQMs (or MM status miles) it did NOT 0 out my PQM total count.

How long is it taking your miles to post?
DCA-IAH-OAX on 3/15. OAX-IAH-DCA on 3/18. DCA-IAH and return were mainline, IAH-OAX and reverse were not. Mainline miles have posted. Others have not. I know they claim we should wait 15 days until we get in touch; what's your experience been?

I still haven't had miles post from Tuesday and Wednesday of last week, nor this past Monday. I've never had it take longer than 5 days so it's a bit annoying.

I still have miles missing from 3/5 and incorrect miles listed on 3/2 and the fact PQMs are still in the negative after 3 phone calls.....

I'm still missing miles from March 4th and 5th. I posted about this last night. Apparently the new SHARES system has a hard time distinguishing between "upgraded" fare codes and revenue fare codes. She says that they are working the issue though.

My miles from 3/3 have not posted yet either, nor as upgrade been redeposited after not clearing. Every time I call, I'm told to call back in a few days.
I am booking right now all my travel on *A partners until I have any confidence in the new UA. Right now they've lost about $15K in the last couple week from me.
I migrated over to UA after the disaster that was the purchasing of US by AW; that is now looking like a walk in the park compared to this merger.
What a disaster.

Having waited "a decent interval" I used the Request Mileage site on the PSS page, entering my ticket number for a trip SEA-ORD-YYZ and YYZ-IAD-SEA
eastbound 3/14, westbound 3/18. Recognizing that 3/18 is fairly close, I expected only the SEA-ORD-YYZ to show up. BUT nothing showed up and, instead the message was that my 016-xxxxxxxxx ticket had ALREADY been credited. One wonders what my next option would be.

Not only has all my January and February flights on UA disappeared on my account, now my account is showing a negative beginning balance of 10,371 PQM from 2/6/2012. How do you get a negative PQM balance? My PQM balance, as of today, showed my post 3/3 flights (2 have not even posted) less the negative starting balance so not only am I not getting my correct PQM, I am getting PQM deducted from flights that did post. What a disaster of a transition.

I flew a couple days ago and that hasnt posted yet. Are they still going through backlogs that they've not been able to catch up almost 3 weeks past systems integration/merger?

Thanks for sharing this info. My 'ON'-fare miles from Mar 11 and 18 are still missing. They were upgraded from L using CR1. Let's see how much longer it will take to post.
