My LH award reservation actually shows up on the new site, and never did on the old one. That is an improvement.

The mileage balances are indeed not correct yet for me either.

Pretty sure they will be running files from Mileage Plus into the new system for a day or so and until then, Mileage Plus balances and statuses may be incorrect:

"We are finalizing our system migration, and it may take up to 24 hours for your full account to display. Be assured that all award miles, Premier qualifying miles, Premier qualifying segments and upgrades in your MileagePlus account are safe. Also, changes to your account profile are not available until the transition period is complete.

If you would like to book award travel immediately but your full mileage balance doesn’t display

Proceed with selecting your award flights on united.com and during the booking process, choose to hold your itinerary for up to 72 hours for free with our FareLockSM service. For itineraries that include partner airlines, a free 24-hour hold will be offered. This service is a temporary offer during our account transition period.

Please note that you’ll have to return to united.com to complete your purchase once your miles are available."

As others have stated mileage balance is zero. As also has been posted a Star Alliance Award I have now shows up on my account which it did not on United.com.

I had 3 existing United tickets. On some of the tickets I had already started travel. The used segments are gone from the reservation, however they are visible in the e-receipts which seem to accurately display what I paid. My seats (all upgraded) are still there. The United PNR has been replaced with a new PNR which I assume is one in SHARES.

All my reservations have the following message on them...

"A modification has been made to your itinerary. Please contact United Reservations to have your ticket reissued."

It seems like the migration of PNR to SHARES started at least for me on February 25 as all my tickets say they were ticketed and issued on February 25, 2012.

- Two award trips for not-me booked with PMUA miles didn't show up in my reservations list. Digging the old confirmation numbers out of email and 'add to my account' seems to have fixed that.

- Even though the current mileage balance isn't correct, the historical accounts of both PMUA and PMCO do both show correctly. (With detailed EQM per-flight amounts!)

FWIW—I'm sure this is transitory, but www.continental.com now isn't working because it redirects to pss.united.com, a hostname which now seems to be gone. www.united.com does work.

Just logged in...all looks to be in order. Reservations, seat assignments, etc. All are fine. Taking the tin foil hat off... :p

All of the above seem to work for me now. (the DNS entries all point to Akamai)

New member here, first post.

I have a question. Will my miles accounts automatically consolidate? I have one Continental One Pass and one United Mileage Plus. I have transferred miles around them so I think they are linked right?

My dilemma is, my Continental Onepass has like 4000 miles left before I get elite status, while I just got a new credit card from United. **confused**. When I logged in, each account gave me a new MileagePlus account number.

Ok, this is so embarrassing, I can't believe I did it. I made sure to link CO OP and UA MP account for about a dozen people among my extended family and friends, and I COMPLETELY FORGOT TO LINK MY ACCOUNTS!! So now I've got two MP accounts (one with my work address, the other with my home address). I also have a brand new Explorer Visa, and I have no idea which account it's linked to (probably the new MP account, since I used the old MP number to apply). So, what now? Call MP once I have a PIN for each account, and have them consolidate both accounts, then kill the MP account that has my old OP number?

Current status

1. It knows I am a 1K which CO did not know before

2. Explorer does not work properly with the site - Chrome does.

3. My United miles don't show - only CO miles so far

Keep at it guys! Sounds like a nightmare to me.:)

Seat Allocations

Just checked new site and 2 out of 3 reservations had previous seat allocations missing. Re-selected no problem, but worth checking this / may be opportunity for better seats?

Yeah, it seems like it was very transitory indeed, pss is back (though it does seem like they're gradually switching references to pss over to www).

My first few log in attempts with Chrome did not go well. I got the home page but I got DNS lookup failures when I tried to log in. I tried bunch of stuff, but nothing worked. The I tried ie and got through. Then Chrome worked.

Personally, I think it is kind of fitting that my first log in attempt to the new .bomb failed.

How did you link the accounts? I have two separate PINs now too
