PSA: By 30 Dec archive your account summaries
Friendly reminder ("public service announcement", not Pacific Southwest Airlines ) to self-archive your 2010 & 2011 MP Mileage Summary data by 30December 2011. United has traditionally only allowed online access to the present year and previous year mileage summary. So on 1/1/2011, the 2010 data is likely not to be available.
Additionally -- with the Lifetime correction "scheduled" for 31 December -- it is unclear what these histories will look like after that - a before and after might be handy.
I am not aware of an equivalent annual summary ability for CO OP -- but you can capture the 12 individual monthly statements -- if there is a better way, please post.
Step-by-Step for MP
Many print to a PDF file but one can also save Web Page archive (*.mht for IExplorer). Or use your favorite screen capture sw.
2010 Mileage Summary: Log in, go to "MyMileagePlus". "MyActivity", "Upgrade Balance"or http://www.united.com/mileagesummary
Scroll down to "My activity details"
Set the "From" date to January 1 2010 & Set the "To" date to December 31 2010
Print, save to PDF, or whatever your pleasure
Remember this is RDM detail data, not EQM detail data.
Also will show your RDM balance, year to date EQM/EQS, and lifetime United BIS at the date of printing (not the 2010 data).
Additionally you might do the present year (2011 data capture -- but some of those late posting flights night still be missing.
(Note – for those that prefer the old format, go to the UK UA site http://www.unitedairlines.co.uk/ instead)
2011 Upgrade Summary: Additionally, many like to capture their previous year's Upgrade Summary -- the data for 2011 will start disappearing on Jan 1, 2012 (only can look back 1 year). Log in, from "MyMileagePlus" pick "MyUpgrades", select the "Check upgrade balance" hyperlink or www.united.com/upgradesummary
Set the "From" date to January 1 2011 & Set the "To" date to December 31 2011
And click the four "show me" boxes
Print, save to PDF, or whatever your pleasure
Printing to a PDF will depend on your OS and the software you have. For a standard Windows PC without a built-in PDF printer utility, you will need to get a free PDF printer driver, such PDF995, PDFCreator, CutePDF, ... Be care of malware.

Use copy & paste into Word to keep table formatting
Besides generating a PDF, you can select all of your 2010/2011 data, copy and paste it into a Word document and save the document so you can go back in and parse it later.
