Ask Alex the "Virtual Expert"

Jenn from Ask Jenn at Alaskaair.com is hotter and dresses more professionally than Alex from Ask Alex at ual.com. On top of that, Alex claims she is a “Virtual Expert”, while Jenn is more modest knowing that she is a “Virtual Assistant” who can only be of some help. If I want a “virtual expert”, I will just log on to Flyertalk.com.

RIP Easyupdate. I believe CO Tripalert is a different provider.

They are eerily the same. I wish it would just show me the search results instead of having to listen to the blather

I still see no particular reason a Plat or Gold should get UG priority over Silvers. We're people, too. You see, UA spent millions for those cute little screens that show the upgrade priorty, just to keep Plats and Golds from hanging at the gate counter whispering sweet nothings into the ears of the gate agents to get that last upgrade.
Silvers dont find that type of behavior dignified.

Next you're going to claim that people in Boarding Group 4 shouldn't be boarding before GS.

Blasphemy I say!

I don't see why not. It still will have plenty of IT issues even past the hairyness of the initial systems integration.

You wouldn't be saying that if you made 1K by less than 500 miles.

There was no ice cream in F from SYD-LAX last week as the caterers had run out of 'dry ice'.
