10% off code HEX/GEX
Unfortunately for me the WP codes are no more and the VIRG25 code expires end of June; I'm traveling beginning of July so no 25% off for me.
But I did find a 10% off code that seems to work with both HEX and GEX,
so if anyone is in the same boat I'm in, 10% off is better than nothing.
Give discount code BCDPRO a try.
Happy traveling!
Jac.

Might still be good if you are planning on buying a return ticket. HEX and GEX open return fares are valid for a full calendar month so you can make your outbound journey up until the last day of its validity. Book your ticket for June 30th and you have until July 29th to complete both outbound and return journeys.

I only need to purchase a single as we're driving out of the city after our London stint and the singles (if I read it correctly) have to be used within three days of the designated date. We're taking the HEX on July 8th.
But, again, thanks...maybe the suggestion will help someone else. Or maybe I'll get lucky and another 25% or even 50% off code will pop up in the next week or so.

According to the GEX website re single tickets: "You can use these tickets onboard anytime after the day you book, up to 30 days after the date you originally choose to travel. For instance, tickets booked on 1 May for travel on 15 May are valid from 2 May until 13 June."
So I can't see why you can't book your tickets now for a date of 30 June, say, and then use them anytime until 30 July.

If you are travelling on the HEx at any point between now and December, you can book a ticket before June 30th for 25% off using VIRG25. Book the ticket for travel on 29th June, even if you are travelling in October. The ticket will stay in the system until 29th December, at which point it will be lost.
I did this recently using the 'free first class upgrade' promo which ended in May. I booked a ticket for travel in May but didn't collected it until some point in June. The ticket popped out of the machine just fine.
Here are the exact terms:
For up to six months after you book them you can collect all online tickets from Heathrow Express ticket machines.
Express Class & First Class Single
Valid for three days after collecting them from a ticket machine.
Express Class & First Class Return
Valid for one calendar month after collecting them from a ticket machine.

Once you have collected a one-way HEx ticket from the machine, you must use it within 3 days. However, it stays in the system for SIX MONTHS from the original date you order it for.

GEXQUE still gets the first class upgrade, I think - PLUS a Fast Track security pass, which all first class pax gets. But remember that Fast Track is shut outside peak hours.

Bump.
I'm using the HEX the end of next week. Any new promotions??
Either I'm doing something wrong, or neither HEXQUE or USA07 is working at the moment. I put it into the promo code box on the first screen, but I'm not offered the 1st for the price of 2nd option. Is this how its supposed to work?
