Oh ok, thanks. In that case I can clear at SEA, go up to the GE enrollment centre before going back through for the next flight.

Does anyone know if SEA is one of those airports where you have to pick up your luggage and then drop it off again despite it being checked all the way through to the final destination?
For indexing and future search purposes, that's a question for the SEATAC International Arrival thread in the Pacific Northwest forum or the Airports with International to International baggage transfer thread in the USA forum. TWA884 Travel Safety/Security co-moderator |
I have this issue currently. I can edit my Driver's License but not my Passport. I tried Chrome, IE, and Firefox. No luck. There is no link to edit the passport.
Since I am based in Australia, the in-person option isn't a great one. And I would like to update my APEC card before my next trip to the USA, so I can pick it up then. Anyone see this issue as being resolved with time or am I out of luck? |
I had this problem as well. I ended up going to an agent and having it done.
Technical support was pretty unhelpful, but the first guy I talked too advised me it was due to having an option application for another program. In my case the Korean SES program which I never got around to completing sign up for and still haven't been able to cancel even after requesting many times. |

updating drivers license on TTP site
I moved between states and received a new drivers license. I keep trying to update my DL info on the TTP site however it keeps reverting back to my old info despite giving me confirmation of my new info. Anyone else having issues?

Is it possible that you are seeing a cached version of that web page? Clear the cache and cookies and try again, or try using incognito or private mode or a different browser. |
I tried this. What's interesting is it lets me edit the info and submit it and I get a confirmation but when I go and visit the site again it still has my old info (despite clearing my cache, using different browsers, etc.).

I just created the new login.gov account and updated my address, so I was thinking maybe it took some time for the option to become available.

I still cannot update my passport online. I do have a bit of an update, but it's a strange one. I just arrived to LAX yesterday, first time entering the USA with my new passport (it was issued in Australia).
The LAX Global Entry office is closed indefinitely, but I heard you could talk to CBP folks before entering the country if you had any issues. So I asked the officer at the Global Entry exit check what I should do, I have a new Passport but it isn't in the CBP system for Global Entry. He said just use the kiosk as normal, it should be fine. I had my doubts, but he was right. The kiosk worked fine with my new passport. The CBP system still only shows my old passport. So, I don't really understand why that info even needs to be updated. But, I will be in ATL on Monday and plan to stop by the office anyway. |
Another big of data on this issue. I updated my AUS passport information on the TTP website. However it appears this information is not transmitted to NEXUS and the Canadian side of things. I was stopped when entering Canada and told my documents were expired. Not a big deal but I have to go to a NEXUS office at the airport for them to see my passport. This has happened before with my renewed GC except that time I was sent to cool my heels in Canadian secondary while they figured it out.. no issues entering the USA , they had the updated info.

Apparently he was able to email a scan of his passport to a NEXUS center and got everything updated. I find myself in the same situation where I cannot update my passport information on the TTP website as a NEXUS card holder. |
Similar problem
I received a new passport and was able to update my profile with my new passport info. I also have a new drivers license (just moved to PA) but I cannot update that. The system lets me enter the information, but does not save it. I tried two different browsers. Does anyone know if this is a website error (the information is not greyed out so I assume it is)? Is there any way to email or submit a ticket (a link I found did not work). I would like to avoid a trip to the Global Entry office at PHL.

It’s an issue with the website. I wouldn’t worry about it though, CBP isn’t gonna bust down your door because your drivers license info is out of date. Just make sure it’s right when you renew.

I applied for the renewal of my nexus card about 3 months ago and it is still pending approval. After I applied for the NC renewal, I got a new passport.
There was always an option to update your documentation on the TTP website as I have updated the expiry of my DL previously. But when I went to update my new PP details, that option had disappeared. I think it is due to my renewal application in progress as the website mentions that no amendments to your data on the application can be made. Passport number is one of those data points. So I made a trip to the Toronto airport enrollment center and they updated the new passport information. |
