Yes, I got the new style passport.

Kid got a new polycarbonate passport this week - I got a new standard extended pages two weeks prior

Neither could update TTP - went into the LAX enrollment center this AM - no appt and asked if they could do the document updates as I couldn't on TTP. Was able to do it and confirmed my younger kid even as older had acceptable fingerprints still, main reason I went in was to get her fingerprints done (didn't know my wife did it before!) Was dead quiet on the Tue AM before thanksgiving to go in and we were done quick

TTP now shows the changes even for the polycarbonate that has a letter in the front of the number.

Its over a month and I still cant update :(

That seems like something is wrong. Can you get to an enrollment center? If not, do you have any upcoming international trips? You can present your new passport at an enrollment center on a walk-in basis and ask for it to be updated, or on your next entry into the U.S., ask an agent to update your info.

Per reports in this thread, it can take up to 6 weeks before a new passport is recognized by the TTP system. Be patient.

Had this problem for my son (got an emergency passport renewal, but could not update his GE account). Had to stop at the "interview on arrival" booth and they had not issue updating it. Actually, while there was a bit of a wait for interview on arrival, they efficiently processed three tasks for me (renewal interview for me, update one child's passport, and update second child's picture to see if we can dispense with the "X").

Was also told by LAX enrollment center, to use enrollment on arrival to make any changes as long as the registration is still valid or a renewal is paid for before expiry. They can also change passports if you have a renewal mid-process where you cannot change passport info.

Just to give a timeline

My passport with issue date Oct 26 2021. And today I am still unable to update my passport with global entry or ttp

i flew into lax today. Was able to scan my face and pass through without issues

told the lady about my issue. She says I can update it at the interview arrival thing but the line was super long and she just said not to worry about it. It still works. And that I should just keep trying online for the time being

I've been in the same boat, mine was issued Oct 23. I just went to the website to try yet one more time and it finally worked. Not sure the last time I tried but it was within the last few days.

No need to just think it likely, it's true and has been well established.

Easily walked into LAX and had them update. Had no idea this was a widespread issue.

Just another data point: Received new passports in the mail (standard processing so maybe that starts the clock) and was able to update the passport numbers on TTP website immediately upon receipt.

Hi all, I just renewed my Global entry, and as a part of renewal application I had also updated my DL information (had moved from northeast to southwest recently). However, my renewed membership still lists my old driver license - looks like the new DL information did not take hold. What should be the process to update my DL? Visit the enrollment center? Or try agin online on the website?

Is your renewed Global Entry fully approved? If affirmative, wait for a month after final approval to update your driver license information. If that does not work, walk in to any Global Entry enrollment center to update your driver license information. Appointment is not required.
