I’m coming up on two months since submitting my renewal and still waiting, Luckily I applied 8 months before the expiration of my card, so I still have time, but I was hoping to have it renewed by now. I hate waiting!

This is probably a lockbox situation. The people at the office don't handle money, rather their lockbox vendor handles the money first. The lockbox vendor is responsible for emptying the PO Box and processing the payment, then the form enters the system for processing.

Submitted renewal August 6 and approved Oct 24 (no interview). So ~3 months seems to be the new standard.

If one applies for renewal and it's still pending when travelling after expiration, does one get the grace with Global Entry?

I don't travel much these days but will have to clear entry into the U.S in SEA (no pre-clearance at my airport) before expiration and into HNL or YVR 2-3 weeks after expiration.

If renewed prior to expiration date, you have up to six months grace period.

Applied Aug 10, received approval (no interview) October 30. Tend to agree just shy of 3 months appears to be standard at the moment.

This is my second time renewing without an interview, so the picture is already 10 years old

This time my renewal was approved without an interview.

Do do they mail you a new card?

Similar, but July 16 for me.

This would be my second renewal. U.S. citizen. Last renewal was approved without an interview, but I became a permanent resident of Canada since then. Hoping I’m not lost in some TTP system black hole.
