I just got my conditional approval. Tried scheduling for an interview at YUL but they have nothing before August 13th, so I ended up scheduling at the Champlain border.

I am traveling on Monday from YUL - MLB, so I was wondering if I get approved on Friday, will I be able to use Nexus lane on Monday?

And my wife's card showed up yesterday, so we're good to go. 62 business days total for hers.

Now at 60 business days as of 2017-07-12, thanks to a member for a PM that the website was updated again.

Do we find out about the approval right away when the interview is completed or do we get an email or letter afterwards? I am seeing some people have posted approval on the same day as the interview while some have it a few days later.

Is there anything I can do to expedite the processing of my NEXUS application? I mailed in a paper application in late March and still haven't heard anything. My credit card was charged on May 17th. I called to check on the status of my application and was told it had been approved on the Canadian side on May 24th and then forwarded to the US for review at that time. Is it normal for it to be taking so long to be reviewed by the US? I was given my membership number and created an account on GOES today but it doesn't show any applications in process. Will my application show up online at some point?

It will show up in your GOES account on the day of conditional approval.

It should show up pretty quick after your interview, but my wife's didn't update for 5 days. After she called the nexus office back and some discussion between the office and the DHS, it updated to show approved. Didn't seem to slow down the card getting here though

Welcome to FT. Online application might have speeded up for you by two months. At this point, there is not much you can do.

Applied online for NEXUS on June 15th.
Conditional approval on July 13th.
Will see if I can get an August interview at YUL or October interview at YYZ when I have business trips scheduled.
